Directive (EU) 2023/2673 added Article 11a to Directive 2011/83/EU, the EU's main consumer-rights directive for distance selling. It changes what shops selling to EU consumers online are expected to do around the right of withdrawal — not just that a return has to be possible, but how the function, its wording and the order confirmation are supposed to work.
